I understand and agree:

* Hi! We are currently closing our retail shop and moving to storage in a warehouse while I heal a back injury. Since we are in transition and packing up all items, the last window for pickup will be Thursday October 16, 2025. Beyond that, we will be only by pre-arranged appointment. Please reach out prior to purchasing to schedule an appointment.

That all sales are final. There are no refunds.
That due to very limited space, local store pickup is within a strict window, during specified hours, and that charges apply to items held beyond our normal window.
All items left beyond their designated pickup day will incur a storage fee of $50/week for furniture, art, rugs, floor lamps and mirrors. Small items will incur a $10/week storage fee beginning the day after missed pickup and recurring weekly and are owed upon pickup to receive item.
That if we receive no contact regarding pickup for two weeks, items are considered abandoned and resold.
That we do not mail or ship any items.
That I need to bring my own lifting help and blankets to load items— we do not provide loading assistance and do have stairs.
That I am responsible for bringing blankets and padding for fragile furniture (e.g. glass shelves, shades, etc.) We will happily package your small household items! Let us know if you need gift wrapping!
That Boho To Go is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred during the retrieval or loading of sold items.
That local delivery is an option for a fee via third party
That photographs are the intellectual property of Boho To Go, LLC, and may not under any circumstances be used for future sale of any items.
