Midcentury, mahogany, oversized, six drawer low chest by Bassett. The top two drawers open via hidden, inset pulls along the bottom of each drawer face. These two drawers also feature vertical wood grain and grooved, vertical, black pinstripes. The lower four drawers open via trapezoidal, brass pulls in the center of each drawer face. This piece features a well-matched laminate top and sits atop strong, square legs connected across the front by a long stretcher base. Some small chips and scuffs to veneer on sides and a scratch to top (see pics) but in overall great vintage condition.
