A fantastic, midcentury sideboard designed by John Van Koert for Drexel’s “Dateline” collection made in 1956 and 1957. This piece features three central drawers flanked by a cabinet and single small, upper drawer on each side. All drawers open via gracefully contoured, brass pulls. The right hand cabinet has a single shelf while the left has fully open storage. This piece has a beautifully sculpted edge along the top. It sits atop tall, integral spider legs. There is some light west throughout commensurate with age and use. In overall great vintage condition.
