Stunning, well-made, midcentury eight-drawer low chest by Drexel for their “Meridian” line. This piece features an oak top with contrasting vertical banding and a pecan case with eight drawers of various sizes that all open via brass handles with a burled backing. All drawers slide easily and smoothly on metal drawer tracks. The top drawer has a wooden built-in divider. This piece rests on integral slightly splayed legs. There is minimal wear. In overall excellent vintage condition.
