Perfect for the end of a bed or a corner of the living room, this is a vintage midcentury Lane cedar blanket chest. This chest features a cedar wood interior to keep blankets or other textiles staying fresh and a walnut veneered exterior. The front features a plain walnut panel in the center flanked end panels boasting a checkerboard design dotted with brass diamonds. The top lifts open via a bronzed push-button on front. This piece rests on tapered solid walnut legs. There is some minimal wear to finish in the form of small scratches and dings. In overall great vintage condition.
