A very unique pair of midcentury, walnut nightstands by Young Manufacturing. These nightstands feature open storage on one side and a pair of drawers on the other. Which type of storage is accessible is dependent on which way a sliding door is moved. This sliding door is emblazoned with a wonderful shield-shaped motif. These nightstands sit atop splayed spider legs connected in front and on sides by a stretcher base. These pieces do have some wear, mainly scuffs to top (a slight light ring) and some slight veneer loss to one back edgeband that has been colored to match— see pics. In overall great vintage condition. Doors and drawers slide smooth!
