I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE:

that all sales are final, there are no refunds, that pick up is in-store and shipping is not an option.

**That items will be considered abandoned and resold if we receive no contact regarding pickup for two weeks. Items will also incur a storage fee if left beyond original pick up date and no contact is made beforehand to reschedule. We price low so items go (big & small) and we cannot hold onto your purhchases past pick up date.

That pick ups are during store hours unless prior arrangements are made. *We are here throughout the week and often can meet at other times, they just need to be pre-arranged!

That I need to bring my own help to load items unless previous arrangements are made to have one of our staff available specifically to help load.

That Boho To Go is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred during the retrieval or loading of sold items.

That local Richmond delivery is an option *for a fee* and I must reach out initially to schedule.

That I measured my car and know this item will fit or will arrange other means but there are no returns because an item doesn’t fit in a vehicle

That photographs are the intellectual property of Boho To Go, LLC, and may not under any circumstances be used for future sale of any items.
