I understand and agree:

• That all sales are final. There are no refunds.
• That due to very limited space, local store pickup is within a strict 6-day window, during specified hours, and that charges apply to items held beyond our normal window.
• All items left beyond their designated pickup day will incur a storage fee of $50/week for furniture, art, rugs, floor lamps and mirrors. Small items will incur a $10/week storage fee beginning the day after missed pickup and recurring weekly and are owed upon pickup to receive item. 
• That if we receive no contact regarding pickup for two weeks, items are considered abandoned and resold.
• That we do not mail any items.
• That I need to bring my own help to load items unless previous arrangements are made to have one of our staff available specifically to help load.
• That I am responsible for bringing blankets and padding for fragile furniture (e.g. glass shelves, shades, etc.) We will happily package your small household items! Let us know if you need gift wrapping!
• That Boho To Go is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred during the retrieval or loading of sold items.
• That Curbside Delivery is an option for a fee and I must reach out before purchasing to coordinate.
• That I measured my car and know this item will fit or will arrange other means but there are no returns because an item doesn’t fit in a vehicle.
• That photographs are the intellectual property of Boho To Go, LLC, and may not under any circumstances be used for future sale of any items.
