We really appreciate your support of our local small business!

We've had to implement certain policies in order to keep a handle on our limited space:

I understand and agree that all sales are final and there are no refunds.
That items may incur a fee if left beyond original pick up date and no contact is made beforehand to reschedule.
That pickups are during regular store hours and specified pickup hours chosen during checkout unless prior arrangements are made. Shipping is not an option.
That I need to bring my own help to load items unless previous arrangements have been made for one our staff members to be available specifically to help load.
That Boho To Go is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred during the retrieval or loading of sold items.
That local Richmond delivery is an option for a fee and I must reach out initially to schedule.
That I have measured my car and know this item will fit and that there are no refunds if it does not fit.
That photographs are the intellectual property of Boho To Go, LLC and may not under any circumstances be used for future sale of any items.

I understand and agree:

That all sales are final. There are no refunds.
That due to very limited space, local store pickup is within a strict 6-day window, during specified hours, and that charges apply to items held beyond our normal window.
All items left beyond their designated pickup day will incur a storage fee of $50/week for furniture, art, rugs, floor lamps and mirrors. Small items will incur a $10/week storage fee beginning the day after missed pickup and recurring weekly and are owed upon pickup to receive item.
That if we receive no contact regarding pickup for two weeks, items are considered abandoned and resold.
That we do not mail any items.
That I need to bring my own help to load items unless previous arrangements are made to have one of our staff available specifically to help load.
That I am responsible for bringing blankets and padding for fragile furniture (e.g. glass shelves, shades, etc.) We will happily package your small household items! Let us know if you need gift wrapping!
That Boho To Go is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred during the retrieval or loading of sold items.
That Curbside Delivery is an option for a fee and I must reach out before purchasing to coordinate.
That I measured my car and know this item will fit or will arrange other means but there are no returns because an item doesn’t fit in a vehicle.
That photographs are the intellectual property of Boho To Go, LLC, and may not under any circumstances be used for future sale of any items.

We thank you for your understanding in trying to work with such a small space! We are geared toward local sales and apologize that we are not set up to accommodate long distance buyers or dealers at this time!
