A transportation/shuttle service, not a lifting service, wherein you will be given a 3-hour window in which to have appropriate help at curb to receive your item(s) and transport yourself into your home. Driver does not assist with carry-in or come onto property.

This is usually done every Thursday between 12-3 but may be different based on the week. If this time or one previously discussed does not work, please reach out prior to purchasing.

A one person drop-off of your piece *AT CURBSIDE* up to 5 miles maximum from our shop.

If you live beyond 5 miles from our store, then please select “Greater Richmond Area” Delivery instead.

*Cancellation of delivery within 36 hrs will result in forfeiture of the delivery fee and you will need to pay a second delivery fee for another setup plus appropriate storage fees.

Product availability is updated in real-time.

All items are available strictly for local pickup within 6 days of purchase during open/pickup hours or pre-arranged local delivery. We do not hold or ship items.

Please keep in mind that our products are vintage or handmade and may show signs of pre-loved wear. We do our best to describe all flaws. Transparency is very important to us—feel free to contact us with any questions.

I understand and agree:

That all sales are final. There are no refunds.
That due to very limited space, local store pickup is within a strict 6-day window, during specified hours, and that charges apply to items held beyond our normal window.
All items left beyond their designated pickup day will incur a storage fee of $50/week for furniture, art, rugs, floor lamps and mirrors. Small items will incur a $10/week storage fee beginning the day after missed pickup and recurring weekly and are owed upon pickup to receive item.
That if we receive no contact regarding pickup for two weeks, items are considered abandoned and resold.
That we do not mail any items.
That I need to bring my own help to load items unless previous arrangements are made to have one of our staff available specifically to help load.
That I am responsible for bringing blankets and padding for fragile furniture (e.g. glass shelves, shades, etc.) We will happily package your small household items! Let us know if you need gift wrapping!
That Boho To Go is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred during the retrieval or loading of sold items.
That Curbside Delivery is an option for a fee and I must reach out before purchasing to coordinate.
That I measured my car and know this item will fit or will arrange other means but there are no returns because an item doesn’t fit in a vehicle.
That photographs are the intellectual property of Boho To Go, LLC, and may not under any circumstances be used for future sale of any items.
