I understand and agree:
that all sales are final, there are no refunds, that local store pickup is within a short window and that all deliveries and shipping need to be coordinated PRIOR TO purchasing due to limited space! Please note: We do not package or mail anything. Our shipping is via furniture shippers or couriers that are outside of our business and are separate companies with their own liability and shipping processes. We simply hand our items off to them and their services are coordinated through and paid via the buyer. That if we receive no contact regarding pickup for two weeks, items are considered abandoned and resold.
*Furniture, mirrors and art left beyond pickup day will incur a storage fee to hold of $35/week.
That I need to bring my own help to load items unless previous arrangements are made to have one of our staff available specifically to help load.
That I am responsible for bringing blankets and packaging supplies to wrap breakables like glass shelves in. That Boho To Go is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred during the retrieval or loading of sold items. That curbside delivery is an option *for a reasonable fee* and I must reach out before purchasing to coordinate. That I measured my car and know this item will fit or will arrange other means but there are no returns because an item doesn’t fit in a vehicle
