Pick up day
Due to a significant amount of pick-up no-shows, we have implimented a new policy to get a handle on our limited space:
I understand and agree that all sales are final, there are NO refunds, that pick up is in-store and shipping is not an option.
That items may incur a $10/day fee if left beyond original pick up date and no contact is made beforehand to reschedule. That my item will be CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND RESOLD WITHOUT REFUND if my item is left and I am not heard from to make alternative arrangements within 14 days.That pick up times are only Fri-Sun during store hours unless alternative arrangements are made prior to purchasing. That I need to bring my own help to load items unless previous arrangements are made.That local Richmond delivery is an option *for a fee* and I must reach out initially to schedule.That I measured my car and know this item will fit and that there are no refunds if it does not.
