A one person drop-off of your piece *AT CURBSIDE*

This delivery is for Friday 1/13 between the hours of 1030-2. You must be available within these hours to receive our delivery based on where you fall within our multi-stop route.

We provide no lifting whatsoever and are simply a means to shuttle your item to you from Richmond.

Upon arrival you will need to meet our driver promptly to retrieve the item and if necessary have a second able-bodied friend to help you carry your item into your home. For liability reasons we are not to go into homes or up stairs.

After purchasing we will reach out via DM, email or phone the day of to provide more details about our route. Or, feel free to reach out to us after making purchase.

If selecting this item, please choose any random date at checkout on our pickup calendar and disregard agreed-upon terms regarding local pickup.

Cancellation will result in forfeiture of delivery fee and you will need to pay a second fee for another setup.

* Please keep in mind that vintage items are a minimum of 19 years, and as such, may show signs of pre-loved wear. We do our best to describe all flaws and blemishes, and transparency is important to us, but please note most items are not perfect! Feel free to contact us for further clarification, more pictures, or details. As always, all sales are final and we thank you for shopping local, shopping female-owned, and shopping vintage!

I understand and agree:

that all sales are final, there are no refunds, that local store pickup is within a short window and that all and shipping need to be coordinated PRIOR TO purchasing due to limited space! Charges apply to items held beyond our normal window regardless of reason.

Please note: We do not package or mail anything. All shipping is via outside furniture couriers that are separate companies with their own liability and shipping processes. We simply hand our items off to them and their services are coordinated through and paid via the buyer.

That if we receive no contact regarding pickup for two weeks, items are considered abandoned and resold.

*Furniture, mirrors and art left beyond pickup day will incur a storage fee to hold of $35/week.

*Smalls will incur a $10/week storage fee.

That I need to bring my own help to load items unless previous arrangements are made to have one of our staff available specifically to help load.

That I am responsible for bringing blankets and packaging supplies to wrap breakables like glass shelves in.

That Boho To Go is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred during the retrieval or loading of sold items.

That curbside delivery is an option *for a reasonable fee* and I must reach out before purchasing to coordinate.

That I measured my car and know this item will fit or will arrange other means but there are no returns because an item doesn’t fit in a vehicle

That photographs are the intellectual property of Boho To Go, LLC, and may not under any circumstances be used for future sale of any items.
